Our commitment

We are committed to an inclusive digital experience for people with disabilities. Everyone should have equal access to our website, our services, our educational content, and our digital products.

Accessibility standard

We aim to align roguenation.io with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help people with visual, hearing, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

This is a goal. We do not claim full conformance, certification, or legal compliance.

Accessibility features

What we have checked

In automated and keyboard spot checks of our public pages, we found:

  • A “Skip to main content” link as the first keyboard stop on each page.
  • A visible focus indicator on every keyboard stop we tested.
  • One main heading, and page landmarks for header, navigation, main content, and footer.
  • No sideways scrolling at a 320-pixel-wide screen.
  • Animation that turns off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • No errors reported by the axe-core automated checker on our public marketing pages.

Automated tools find only some problems. These checks do not show that the site has no barriers.

What we are working toward

  • Keyboard access for all navigation and interactive parts.
  • Compatibility with screen readers.
  • Meaningful headings and semantic HTML throughout.
  • Useful alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Readable fonts and enough color contrast.
  • Support for browser zoom and text resizing.
  • Layouts that work on phones, tablets, and computers.
  • Forms with clear labels and helpful error messages.
  • Captions and transcripts for audio and video, where we publish them.
  • Consistent navigation across the site.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is ongoing work. We look for barriers, consider accessibility when we add or change features, and review the reports we receive. We fix problems as we are able and learn from the feedback we get.

Third-party services

Our site may use outside services, such as booking tools, payment processors, forms, embedded media, and links to other websites. We do not control how accessible those services are, and we do not treat them as outside our responsibility. Please tell us about any barrier you meet in them. We will work with you and, where we can, with the provider.

Known limitations

We have not yet completed a full accessibility evaluation of this website. We have not had an independent audit or a full test with screen readers and other assistive technology.

The booking, store, and account pages run on a separate application. They have not been reviewed to the same level as our marketing pages, and some parts may not meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Feedback and assistance

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. When you can, include the page address and a short description of the problem. You do not have to include either one.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond and help you get the information or service you need.
