RogueNation Solutions LLC respects the privacy of visitors to roguenation.io. This policy explains the information we receive when you use this website and how we handle it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

Information you provide

When you submit the consultation form, book a session, join a waitlist, or make a purchase, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, phone number, and message. We store it in our own customer records system and use it to respond to you, deliver what you requested, and communicate about the services you asked about. When you submit a request, we may send you an automatic email confirming we received it.

Visit statistics

To understand which pages are useful, our own server records each page view on this website: the page address, the referring page, the time, and a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie namedaibos_vid that lasts up to one year. This information stays in our own systems; it is not shared with analytics or advertising companies, and it is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and local storage

• Visit statistics cookie (aibos_vid), described above.
• Session cookie, used only if you sign in to a client, community, or account area, to keep you signed in.
• Notice preference, saved in your browser’s local storage when you dismiss the cookie notice, so it doesn’t appear again. It is never sent to us.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the website and business, and share information with them only as needed for that purpose:

• Railway and Cloudflare host and protect the website and process routine technical data such as IP addresses and request logs.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailinginfo@roguenation.io. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
